Polish – Chinese Foundation for Promotion of Art and Culture DONG FENG was founded in April 2004 in Cracow. It was founded thanks to Polish – Chinese Economic Cooperation Center AKIE, which was a DONG FENG Foundation’s founder. Foundation’s mission was to promote Chinese culture and art in Poland and Polish culture and art in China. One of the most important things for Foundation, was organization of events which main purpose was to bring closer the world of Chinese tradition to Polish people.

First project made by Foundation was organization of regular meetings with citizens of Cracow devoted to chosen elements of Chinese culture and art. Those meetings were called ‘Chinese dialogues’ and were organized once a month. During 9 years of its activity DONG FENG Foundation conducted a number of events such as concerts, exhibitions etc. for promoting Chinese culture in Poland and Polish culture in China. With the passing time, the Foundation was expanding its activities to different areas. One of them were business and education. Due to this fact, from 2013 on, DONG FENG Foundation evolved in Euro-Asian Foundation for Business Education (EAFBE Foundation).
