We would like to invite you to participate in a trade mission to China, which will take place in December 2014. The immediate assumption of this mission is to participate in the event “Festival of Polish & Chinease Healthy Food” in Tianjin, which will be held on 10 – 11/12/2014 (Geneva Hotel, Tainjin).

The event is organized by the Euro – Asian Foundation for Business Education in cooperation with the China Council for Promotion of International Trade, Sub – Council Tianjin (CCPIT). Supporting partner from the Chinese side is also Northern International Holding – Tianjin Foodstuffs Import & Export Co.Ltd.

A company from Xuzhou (Jiangsu Province) – International Economic and Trade Corporation of Xuzhou Coal Mining Group Co., Ltd., also expressed interest in Polish products  (see the document below).

The main objective is to introduce some Polish products in Tianjin, establishing cooperation between Polish and Chinese local companies in the food industry, and the establishment of cooperation between Polish companies with Chinese import – export or production companies.

 During the event is planned promotion of healthy foods from the following groups of products:

• Fruit (dried fruits and nuts, fruit)
• Vegetables (dried, preserved vegetables in jars and cans)
• Mushrooms (marinated, sterilized, dried)
• Dried herbs
• Seeds and legumes
• Soft drinks (juices, nectars, syrups, mineral and curative waters)
• Alcohol (wine, beer)
• Tea and coffee
• Oils (coconut, olive oil, sunflower oil)
• Vinegar (cydrowy, apple)
• Pasta (rye, wheat, durum wheat, whole grain, spelled, wholemeal),
• Groats (semolina, millet, buckwheat, couscous, quinoa)
• Rice (brown, red, white, basmati)
• Flour (rye, corn, wheat, durum wheat, amaranth, millet, rice, soy, coconut)
• Bran (spelled, oats, mixed)
• Cereals (rye, oats, millet)
• Bread, semi – semi-finished products and raw materials for baking
• Meat and meat products (individual parts, minced meat, sausages, pies, lard)
• Snacks and sweets (waffles, granola & muesli bars, wholewheat cookies)
• Milk and milk products – from cow’s milk and goat’s milk (milk, cheese, cream, yogurt, cottage cheese, kefir)
• Brekfast products (pastes, creams)
• Herbal supplements

We warmly welcome producers, processors and distributors of organic food.

As part of its activities CCPIT is committed to ensure the presence of representatives of the decision-making of companies that will be interested in products listed above. The next step will be a visit of delegation of Chinese businessmen who will establish relationships with Polish manufacturers at the event in Tianjin. Arrival of delegations will be organized by CCPIT.

12/11/2014 – meeting with Chinese partners in their premises

To meet the expectations of partners, the Foundation initially prepared two variants of the trip.

 

Option 1 (with sightseeing):

08.12 arrival to Beijing hotel accommodation, tour in Beijing.

09.12 tour in Beijing part 2, transfer to Tianjin, accommodation.

10.12 preparation for meetings, meetings, accomodation.

11.12 meeting with the Companies in their premises, the return to Beijing, meeting with the Director of the Department of Commerce in Chaoyang District Beijing.

12.12 departure from China and arrival to Poland.

Option 2 (without sightseeing):

08.12 departure from Poland

09.12 arrival to Beijing, transfer to Tianjin, accomodation

10.12 preparation for meetings, meetings, accomodation.

11.12 meeting with the Companies in their premises, the return to Beijing, meeting with the Director of the Department of Commerce in Chaoyang District Beijing.

12.12 departure from China and arrival to Poland.

Cost of participation:

Option 1 (6 days) – net PLN 9650.00

Option 2 (5 days) – net PLN 8650.00

For the entrepreneurs interested in participating in meetings with selected Chinese entrepreneurs, we provide comprehensive services for the preparation of substantive program, as well as logistics services during your stay in China.

The above costs include:

• the cost of airline tickets on the route Warsaw – Beijing – Beijing – Warsaw,

• the cost of sightseeing in Beijing and the surrounding area
• the cost of substantive meetings and business in the Promotional Conference,
• the cost of accommodation in single rooms in 4 * hotels
