Realizing our objectives, the Foundation organized a study trip to China which aimed at establishing cooperation between Polish and Chinese academics, culture and business. Trip took place at days 6-15.12.2013. The members of the delegation were representatives of the Polish prestigious universities.

The delegation was formed among others by following institutions and companies :

• Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce;

• Bialystok University of Technology;

• AGH University of Science and Technology;

• Medical College – Jagiellonian University;

• Academy of Music in Krakow;

• University of Agriculture in Krakow;

• Meissner & Partners;

• Law Firm Wołodkiewicz – Jacyna, Zarębińska, Zawadzki;

• Foundation for Children ‘Help on Time ‘.

Thanks to extensive program of the trip, participants had the opportunity to visit 5 Chinese cities – Beijing, Tianjin, Ningbo, Taizhou and Shanghai. Professional reception of delegation in each of the cities has allowed not only to create the perfect atmosphere for talks, but also feel the participants of the delegation as long awaited , welcoming guests .

Proper preparation of individual meetings allowed to establish cooperation between partners from both countries. Especially fruitful were meeting between Polish and Chinese universities. The result of those meetings was the signing of cooperation agreements between universities and their Chinese partners. Such action can truly be called the first and also the most important step towards building a viable and long lasting partnership.
