The purpose of the Foundation is to promote educational cooperation at many levels, including cooperation in higher education. Universities are places where the real talents are born and where they are sometimes also discovered. By providing a wide range of opportunities to its students and academics, they can build their position and image. Cooperation with foreign universities gives such a chance. In the framework of cooperation between Polish and Chinese universities , the Foundation promotes all areas of cooperation, including exchange of students and academic staff as well as cooperation in the field of scientific research.
