3rd Regional Poland – China Forum will be held in the city of Łódź in 2015. Topics planned to discuss are land and railway infrastructure, environment protection, tourism, education and selfgovernance.

in the Forum organized alternately in Poland and China, may take part representatives of local governance, Polish cities and voivodeships and delegations of cities and provinces of PRC. Forum dedicated to local and regional cooperation, should contribute to attracting Chinese investors and tourists and also strenghten mutual economic exchange and cultural and educational cooperation.

Among main topics of the meeting and panels of the Forum, there are:  land and railway infrastructure, environment protection, tourism, education including HEI cooperation and also 25th anniversary of Polish local selfgovernance.

There is also planned organization of promotional stands for cities and regions, art exhibitions and unique music concerts of Łódź Philharmony.

Organizationof cyclic Poland-China Regional Forum is a succession of Polish President Bronisław Komorowski visit to China in December 2011 after making mutual relations the strategic partnership. The cooperation on the local and regional level is one of most important parts of this partnership.

First edition of Forum took place in Gdańsk in 2013, secon in 2014 in Guangzhou.

Łódź region and its capital, has been cooperating with China for a few years. Łódź sister city is Tianjin, and now also Guangzhou is interested in cooperation. Łódzkie vivodeship cooperates with Guangdong and Sichuan provinces.
