Technology park are teams of separate buildings, including technical infrastructure, created in order to make the flow of knowledge and technology between scientific and business communities, where businesses is using modern technologies and there are offered various services .

This normally includes issues relating to consultancy in the creation and development of enterprises , technology transfer and transform the results of research and development in technological innovation , and create businesses the opportunity to do business through the use of real estate and technical infrastructure on a contractual basis .

The aim of this project is to provide favorable conditions for the development of innovative companies, creating new job , transfer and commercialization of technology , development and putting new products on the market and creation of clusters .

Technology parks are a great instrument for activating the economy of the region. Using local infrastructure, they allow taking on preferential terms of economic activity, particularly by small and medium-sized businesses. With action in the field of innovation and technology transfer, they may be considered as a kind of bridge between the business world and science between similarly acting counterparts in China.

Conditions for activities realized by technology parks, provide specific fields for international cooperation. It will be possible in future to start a program that helps companies to enter the market of a foreign partner, in which the Polish company will be able to use the infrastructure of the Chinese technology park on the preferential terms and vice versa.

International cooperation is essential for the transfer of know -how, best practices , partnerships in order to build an interesting offer to customers of this parks. Networking can be considered as a key factor in international contacts.

Sometimes, the actors operating within technological parks which take on the challenge of international cooperation, face some difficulties . This may include problem in the unification of standards such as communication and billing, the problem of access to sources of information about the country – partner in their home countries .

In response to these problems , thanks to its experience and potential, the Foundation wants to focus on activities that facilitate the contact between partners deciding to establish international cooperation in the field of technology parks.
